Baker Farms is proud of both its Packinghouse and its Processing Center. Both operations are governed by the strictest safety protocols (HACCP/GAP/GMP) as independently verified by third party audits.

Our state-of-the-art Processing Center is fitted with the most advanced equipment available. The processing line utilizes separate, sequential washing tanks, each of which is equipped with its own computerized sanitation injector system and water agitation processes. This results in a true “Triple Washed and Triple Sanitized” product. Moreover, we are outfitted with cutting-edge refrigeration systems to maintain product freshness. These innovations allow us to provide the safest, freshest and longest-lasting produce on the market.
